Meet Tiaan and Tertuis, twins from Johannesburg. In December the gents were asked by their aunt Janna to participate in the 2016 Hollard Daredevil Run. Their immediate response was no – being teenagers, who would really want to expose themselves like that? That changed earlier this month though. They let go of being self-conscious and decided they would actually participate, especially because of what the run stands for. And so began their mission to get more of their school friends signed up. Last week Tiaan and Tertius stood up in front of all their peers at Monument High delivering a motivational speech to all in attendance. This resulted in a further nineteen young men signing up for the run, taking place on Friday 19 February.
This is what it’s all about, and we’re so humbled to have such supportive men on board. Let’s run cancer outta town!
